SPS Corporation is a wholly Australian-owned family business; its origins can be traced back to Melbourne in 1966 when founders, Pat and Rosa Schiavello, began a small business, milling timber components for a handful of local furniture manufacturers. Today, SPS Corporation operates some of the leading Companies in their respective industries, including Perfect Wood Moulding Pty Ltd, NCE Pty Ltd, Antons Mouldings Pty Ltd and Bellini Fine Moulding Pty Ltd.

There are a number of synergies that tie the SPS trading companies together. Whilst diverse in nature, our Recreational Vehicle and Art and Picture Framing businesses share a commonality of product and international supply lines. Overseas influences factor strongly in local design direction, impacting our art and framing industry and driving product development in the Recreational Vehicle industry. This multi-faceted group of companies enjoy outstanding reputations and unique positions within their respective markets.
SPS Corporation has substantial scale with its head office based in Melbourne, across two state-of-the-art distribution facilities totaling 23,000 square metres. Our sales, marketing, product, warehouse and distribution operations enjoy a strong national presence, supported by a network of direct warehousing and distribution facilities located in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Melbourne. SPS Corporation's true strength is its people. Our success is testament to the dedication of our team and our values are at the core of everything we do.

With over 40 years at the head of SPS Corporation, Tony Pace is the commercial driving force behind the Group. Tony has developed significant international product supply lines across all divisions of the Group and is a key stakeholder in these relationships. As a Fellow - Certified Practicing Accountant, his extensive business acumen and industry experience provides the vision to the Group for its ongoing growth and expansion.

Tony Schiavello possesses 40 years' experience across all facets of the SPS Corporation group of Companies, with a key focus on the Group's manufacturing, distribution and logistics operations.
With over 35 years' experience servicing the Australian Recreational Vehicle industry, Nat remains the key behind the NCE Company's product development and sourcing function. His extensive industry knowledge underpins his ability to design, source and deliver to market innovation and on-trend products making NCE a leading supplier to the Australian Recreational Vehicle industry. Nat also holds the position of President of the Caravan Industry Association of Victoria.
